It has always been my intention to provide innovative, health system planning services supported by evidence-based community need. It remains my commitment going forward.
Over my career, I have learned that creating and preserving constructive and effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders is essential to achieve successful results. I bring an exceptional blend of spirit, curiosity, energy and experience to each assignment
Throughout my career, I have earned a reputation for facilitating health system transformation ranging from clinical programs and services to executive-level operational support. I really have only one objective: to ensure that my clients’ expectations are achieved…and surpassed.

J’ai toujours eu l’intention de fournir des services de planification du système de santé innovants, soutenus par des besoins communautaires fondés sur des preuves. Cela reste mon engagement pour l’avenir.
Au cours de ma carrière, j’ai appris que la création et le maintien de relations de travail constructives et efficaces avec les principaux intervenants internes et externes sont essentiels pour obtenir des résultats fructueux. J’apporte à chaque mission un mélange exceptionnel d’esprit, de curiosité, d’énergie et d’expérience.
Tout au long de ma carrière, j’ai acquis la réputation de faciliter la transformation des systèmes de santé, qu’il s’agisse de programmes et de services cliniques ou de soutien stratégique et opérationnel au niveau de la direction. Je n’ai vraiment qu’un seul objectif : faire en sorte que les attentes de mes clients soient atteintes… et dépassées.

Policy Evaluation
Here are two document (English and French versions) that I worked on for the Réseau des services de santé en français de l’est de l’Ontario reviewing the Ontario Ministry of Health’s Digital Health Strategy. The document identified the absence of any consideration for francophones in the strategy and recommended three specific actions to improve access.
Strategic Planning for Mental Health agencies
I was invited to participate in a competitive request for proposal (and was ultimately selected) to work with the board, staff, partners and clients of the Canadian Mental Health Association – Fort Frances Branch to create its 2019-22 strategic plan. The plan featured extensive community engagement, staff engagement and facilitated sessions with the board of directors and senior staff of this incredible organization.
Difficult to Serve
Working with a hospice agency leader, I was invited to plan and facilitate a discussion session with community agencies and members of the public that have difficulties accessing palliative and end-of-life care.
Strategic Planning for Family Health Teams
Through an open request for proposal, I was engaged by the Atikokan Family Health Team to assist with the prepration of the organzation’s 2018-2022 strategic plan. I engaged with FHT staff, developed and presented the supporting background materials to the board of directors, facilitated the board retreat and penned the attached document.
Partnership Development
In successful response to a public request for proposal, I worked with a district-wide mental health agency, two family health teams and amulti-site hospital in Northwestern Ontario to help build upon existing relationships among the project partners.
Strategic Planning for Hospitals & Health Centres
Working with key internal and external stakeholders, Care That Works – the 2018-22 strategic plan for the Dryden Regional Health Centre – was completed which featured three strategic foci addressing eight community identified priorities:
