(CBC) Two years ago Vera Wilson (91) left her Brantford (ON) retirement home in the middle of the night, was locked out and was found frozen to death hours later. Astoundingly, this not an infrequent event in Canada. Sincerest condolences to the family who thought their loved one was safe.
