Kevin is the CEO of the Avery Professional Group possessing over 23 years of experience in healthcare recruitment for mainly clinical and some executive positions. The need to coordinate and align all aspects of clinical health human resources planning across all levels government was addressed but the need to allow for local flexibility was also discussed, as you cannot apply big city operations to small, rural and northern communities (and vice versa). Kevin and I also took a moment to remember Chuck Schmidt, Dryden Regional Health Centre’s recruiter, fundraiser, communicator…and most importantly an all-around incredible great human being.
